GlobalTransBV is an Amsterdam-based freight forwarder and logistics provider founded in 2019. We provide warehousing, fulfillment, cold storage, pharma storage, customs clearance, and transport across the Netherlands and Europe.
We built our warehousing operation to connect directly to our freight services. Clients who store with us also ship with us. One conversation handles inbound customs, storage, fulfillment, and outbound transport without coordinating between providers who do not talk to each other.
We hold AEO status with the Dutch Customs Administration, operate pharma storage under GDP guidelines, and carry full cargo insurance on every consignment in our care.

Ambient Warehousing Amsterdam
We store general cargo in secure, monitored ambient conditions with racked and floor options available. We receive containers from Schiphol or the Port of Amsterdam, unload, check, book goods into inventory, and have them available for dispatch the same day. This suits importers in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution who need a reliable European stock base.
Cold Storage Warehouse Netherlands
Our cold storage warehouse in the Netherlands maintains precise temperature zones for chilled, fresh, and frozen products, including food, dairy, fresh flowers, and biologics. Every zone runs continuous monitoring with temperature logs available on request. We operate under HACCP food safety requirements and support BRC-compliant cold chain storage for businesses entering the EU market.

Bonded Warehouse Amsterdam
Our bonded warehouse lets you store non-EU goods in Amsterdam without paying import duties until the goods enter free circulation. How Our Amsterdam Warehousing Process Works
Step 1: Get a Quote
Tell us what you store, how much, for how long, and what services you need. We respond the same day with a clear, itemised cost breakdown.
Step 2: Onboarding and System Setup
We set up your SKUs, storage locations, and inbound procedures in our WMS. Pharma clients go through GDP onboarding, including product classification and storage zone assignment.
Step 3: Inbound Receiving
Your goods arrive by air, sea, or road. We receive them, check quantities and condition, book them into inventory, and notify you. Discrepancies are flagged immediately.
Step 4: Storage and Inventory Management
Your stock sits in the right environment with the correct rotation method. You track it in real time. We send alerts for low stock, approaching expiry dates, and anything else that needs attention.
Step 5: Outbound Fulfillment and Dispatch
Orders come in. We pick, pack, and dispatch. Same-day dispatch applies to orders confirmed before 15:00. You receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking reference for every outbound shipment.
Transparent Warehousing Pricing in Amsterdam
Warehousing costs include pallet storage per week, inbound and outbound handling fees, and any specialist service charges for cold chain or pharma management. We provide a fully itemised quote covering every component before you sign anything. There are no hidden administration charges or minimum volume penalties you did not agree to upfront.
Standard ambient pallet storage in Amsterdam runs between 7 and 10 euros per pallet per week. Cold storage and pharma storage are priced to specific requirements. Fulfillment fees are charged per order line.
